This is a mini cement plant company. The acquisition of Andhra Cements will be a big positive.
The company needs funds and it is likely to hit the market with a possible right issue to fund the acquisition and also the expenses to make the manufacturing units function as they are shut sometime back.
The share price might stagnate in the short term.
